What does an appraiser do?
An appraiser inspects real property (land and/or structures); verifies the condition of the property and its improvements; and estimates an accurate value for that property. An appraiser must have in-depth knowledge of building techniques and codes, topography, finance, and economics in order to generate a typical value of the appraised property.
